On Sunday, October 28, 2018, in recognition of writing about cultural and social events in the Chicago area, Natalia Dagenhart received the Journalist of the Year 2018 Award from Congressman Danny K. Davis. The Congressional Award was presented by Isaac Lewis, Journalist of the Year 2017.
